Adult Counselling

Our Approach

We are both Family Systems trained through Pacific Coast Family Therapy Institute. We have both completed extensive internships with Dr. Gordon Neufeld and are on the faculty of the Neufeld Institute.

Through years of study and clinical practice, our approach is influenced by Jungian psychology, depth psychology, developmental psychology, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems and Eastern spirituality.

Each client has a different style of learning and growing and how we approach a therapeutic session depends on the individual client.

We support adults dealing with:

  • Anxiety

  • Grief and loss

  • Separation and Divorce

  • Depression

  • Low self-esteem

  • Existential crisis

  • Life transitions

  • Family of origin work

  • Individuation

“Transformation comes from looking deeply within, to a state that exists before fear and isolation arise, the state in which we are inviolably whole just as we are. We connect to ourselves, to our own true experience, and discover there that to be alive means to be whole.”

- Sharon Salzberg

Sometimes parents are wanting both parent consulting and individual counselling. Both can dovetail and we see this work complementing the growth of the individual. We would welcome the opportunity to support both types of work during our sessions.

To book a session, please see link below. If you do not see space in our schedules, please add yourself to our waitlist and we will be in touch when we have openings.

We do not see children or teens nor do couples counselling.
